We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can return items purchased from Revena.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

To start a return, please contact us at contact@revena.store with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with instructions for sending your item back.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or color.
If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@revena.store with your order details and a photo (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@revena.store.

5. Shipping Your Return

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
